Online Classes:

Hatha Yoga - 60, 75 minutes

Explore breath, relaxation and meditation techniques along with poses that are held gently and steadily to build strength and improve flexibility while quietening the mind. In the practice of Hatha Yoga (HA “sun” ; THA “moon”). the body, mind and breath all function together to balance our energies.

Pilates Strength - 50 minutes

Flow through a series of controlled core (abdominals, low body, pelvic floor, hips, glutes) movements to gain strength, increase mobility, and develop body-awareness. Optional props may be included to add resistance

Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 75 minutes

Flow from pose to pose, with every movement connected by breath. The rhythmic repetition of movement is uplifting, cleansing and aids in developing strength, balance and concentration. The sequence is often inspired by nature and includes standing, seated and floor poses. An empowering practice that finishes with a deep rest/relaxation.

Yin Yoga - 60, 75 minutes

Release and relax with passive floor poses that are held from 3 - 5 minutes and target the hips, thighs, pelvis and lower spine. The gentle yet consistent stimulation to the connective tissues encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints; recharges the energetic systems and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state.

Gentle Hatha Yoga & Yoga Nidra - 60 minutes

Immerse in self care with gentle movements, breath work and deep relaxation.
